Laura and Jesse were forced to change their original plans because of Covid-19. It wasn't they day they had initially thought of, but let me tell you it was what dreams were made of. Laura and I worked together for two short (but busy) months putting together all the details of the day. The planning centered around the stunning log cabin that Laura found in Port Sydney and of course, Laura's wedding dress and pearl veil.
Given the social distancing guidelines and restrictions around gathering, Laura and Jesse had their immediate family there to celebrate with them, with Laura's parents as their witnesses. The ceremony was held outside with the cabin in the background and the lake in the distance. I had the incredible Jessica from Painted White Studios bring the set up for the ceremony which included a copper a-frame adored with floral from Muskoka Girl and some added touches of gold spray painted fern leaves gathered from the forest.
Incredible added bonus - Laura and Jesse did a stand-up paddle board session the night before and wrote their vows to each other.
